Motor is back, now I'm in the home stretch
$625 in motor work and my motor is back.It isnt the stock 350 it was 4 weeks ago.Now it is bored .6 over.I have a RV cam for it.Edelbrock Performer intake, rebuilt heads, and many more goodies for it,just waiting to go in.Should have motor back together minus carb by weekend. Now,if I had the brake lines ran,and the wiring ran,I could start and drive the shortbed 4x4 for the first time since before it went to the junkyard.Of course, the truck wont be near one color. But atleast it will move
And no,there is no pics. Not till the motor is painted hugger orange Last edited by 1969k10stepside; 04-02-2007 at 10:46 PM. |

$625 for boring motor, polishing crank, installing freeze plugs, ect. It also included the pistons, gaskets, cam, ect. The heads,I have had for a year, sitting on the shelf. They were rebuilt last year for a 2wd project I sold.It cost $225 for the heads to be redone
