Difference in heater control panels?

I see on GMCPauls site that there are different controls for 67-68 with a black face. Can't seem to find pics anywhere of what they look like. All I've ever seen are the vertical striped silver/chrome jobbies. Anyone have some pictures they would be willing to share?

Thanks -Chris

I don't know about any differences in the mechanics of the two but the only visual differences are one is black one is chrome. Sorry no pics.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I'd like to see some pics of the black ones. In my mind it seems like it would match the guage cluster better.

Re: Difference in heater control panels?

Even an interior pic with it in the background would be cool. Just trying to wrap my brain around what it looks like before ordering. I can't find anything on search...

Re: Difference in heater control panels?

So, is this stock? Is it entirely black with just a chrome rim?

So where I'm seeing chrome there is where the paint has flaked? I was thinking it was black with a chrome bezel like the guage cluster...
