WTB nice stepside bed
Want to buy a nice stepside bed (6.5 foot).
It should have no rust, no dents, have 68-72 stepside fenders with marker lights and perfect paint. No spare tire cutout. And real cheap... (kidding, I am willing to pay good money for a nice bed). I will adjust my wishes from there, depending on price. I am in the SE portion of MN, will travel to surrounding states, or South on I-35 to pick up. Please send pictures and description! Thanks,

I have one in AZ? I know long ways, but you could get enough rust free stuff here to pay for the trip?

Re: WTB nice stepside bed
Would hugger orange work for perfect paint? I have one that has never had any rust at all and was removed from a government truck when new in 1972. It later was mounted on another govt truck for probably 2 years when it was front end wrecked and then stored. I saw the box when it was govt green and it was original paint, rust free and straight, and no bondo. I sold it to another guy 10 years ago and he had it painted orange to go on his 72 and never got it done. The tailgate had the license plate mounted on the tailgate one time but is in pretty straight shape too. It is still nicer than the other one I have for my 67 project but I wasn't going to use the fenders anyway since I have 67 fenders for it. I am 100 miles west of Omaha right off I-80. PM me if you have interest. Mark
The bedsides are mint and the wood floor is getting soft. No spare tire cutout.

Re: WTB nice stepside bed
I might be tempted to go with a step and drive down to get it for the right price too.
