Pic of my Truck Finally
This is my first picture post, sorry about the sunny pics, it is finally nice out so i snapped a few pics. The truck doesn't get driven that much. I have a 3,4 drop kit in the garage waiting to go on soon. The Zebra dash is something that i came up with on a wim. It grows on my and all the time. I plan on tearing into some body work this summer as well, this is by no means a show truck, its sole purpose is haulin stuff to the dump and pulling my many trailers.

Re: Pic of my Truck Finally
My bad, here is the Dash and the reworked $20 wrecker grill and the $25 bumper from Steemin_Ehman. The old bumper was rusty and the grille smashed. Not bad so far for a $220 truck.

Re: Pic of my Truck Finally
It looks better than my truck did before I started.
But, I gotta agree with Sruby on the dash....

Re: Pic of my Truck Finally
You just wrap that stuff around the old pad or remove the old stuff from it or what?
I want to do that on our 84 but I'm worried about wrinkles and seams. I just want to do it in blue to match and use like some fabric or crapet maybe or vinyl.

Re: Pic of my Truck Finally
I just wrapped it overtop. Nothing too fancy. I cut the fabric into sections that matched the contours of the dash, then As my wife watched in horror, i pulled out her sewing machine and made a nice little cover that glued right over top of the old pad. Next time i might make one a little less "in your face" with some interior matching material. Easy to do, and it gets even easier the second and third time around.
