bench seat adjustment rod
can someone PLEASE take a pic of the adjustment rod under your bench seat... mine fell off and i couldnt figure out how to hook it back up on both sides without it popping off on the drivers side. (passenger side has a hole, drivers side adjustment lever has a notch.)

Re: bench seat adjustment rod
I had my seat out a couple of weeks ago, and had a problem with mine also. On each side there was a spring and a small tab that kind of locked the rod in place. I had to twist the rod slightly to get it in. The turns on the ends are offset so that when they are normal, they lock themselves in also. There was also a s hook that held the rod up to the frame work of the seat, as the rod was somewhat too long. Not sure if that was stock, or someone had modified it, but after I got it back in the seat adjusted better than it ever has.

Re: bench seat adjustment rod
If you can post a pic of yours, maybe it'll come back to me. There was a difference in the drivers side, and passenger side, just can't remember what it was. Otherwise, I'll have my seat back out in a couple of weeks, to get it re-upholstered. I doubt you want to wait that long though.
