Panhard Bar adjustment... How to??
How do you adjust it after lowering to make sure the rear end is lined up properly?

Just measure from inside of the tire to the frame on both sides and adjust to an equal number.But you will need to get an adjustable bar, The stock ones have no way to change the length

I would use the rear end back plates as a measuring point and not the tire. Tires and rims can be inconsistant, but the back plates do not move. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I know mine ended up being a pain in the a**. I finally got it to little less than a quarter inch off and was happy....

At What hieght do you need an adjustable panhard bar. I'm looking at a 4" drop in the rear. Is it necessary?

I've ran a 4'' drop without one, ECE said it would be fine. I do know a lot of people recommend them with a 4'' though.

Yep the drum backing plate is where I measured mine from and got it within a 1/16" fairly easy,although it took a little time.
