Cool working shop truck

My wife just went away for 10 days to a quilting workshop and then on to a business conference at Waterton National Park.

While in Waterton she saw this truck and took a picture to show me.

Either a 67 or 68 GMC and appears to still be in service and in nice shape........

ENJOY

That looks sweet! Should there be a chevy emblem on the side though?

Re: Cool working shop truck

Yes my wife is cool about my trucks, well as long as there aren't too many in the front yard, they are too noisy, she really doesn't like lowered.......

Yes she's great about my trucks, hates old cars though.

She heard me saying that I am considering getting old style lettering put on my 69 GMC and stopped to take a picture of this so I could see it.

I'm not sure about that Chevy emblem on the fender though. I guess if I were curious enough I could always call the number on the door!

Re: Cool working shop truck

One thing to add to this story.

A couple of summers ago my family visited Waterton National Park and this is the local gas station/garage/bike rental/you name it, a good old fashion general store. Well my sons and I were on our bikes and something came loose, I think it was a seat. Well it required an allan wrench. I had tools with me but no allan wrenches. So I stopped by the store to see if they sold a small set and was told they didn't but to just pull around back and ask the owner who was working on bikes out back in the shop. So I went around and told him the person up front had sent me and what I was looking for. He went to his tool box grabbed his set and passed them to me. I fixed the bike and offered to pay him for his tool rental. He said no, and I happily went on my way.

From this I now deduct this must be his truck!

Here is another picture she took while on her trip.

The shutter did not seem to open properly on the camera!
