Lowering a 2wd would probably be easier than lifting one. You could install taller/stiffer coil springs and get 2 to 3 inches, but I don't think lift spindles or controll arms are available. If you have leafs in the back, blocks would be easy.
If you have a 4x4, lift that sucker! ![]() Here's my '66. 3" lift in front and 3/4" in rear, on 37" tires. ![]()

I would lower your truck since it is a 2wd but you could always have it this low lol
