inner fenders with bags what wheel size?
I have a 71 swb C-10 I am gonna bag it using stock arms, Bell-Tech spindles, and stock trailing arms. Can I keep my inner fenders front & rear with 20s or 22s with low profile tires? Can anybody let me now on tire sizes please?

i dont think a 20 or 22 would fit without hitting the inner fender and i dont think theyd fit in the back either but im not sure

Re: inner fenders with bags what wheel size?
I have a 245/40/20 on front of mine and the tires hit way before you lay the crossmember on the ground. Out back I would probably go with a 275/35/20 because my 295/40/20's hit the fender wells in the back also. If you want to lay the crossmember on the front you will probaly have to trim the fender a little and make some inner fender wells or use trailer fenders. If you don't want to lay frame you can run the above tire sizes and just tuck the tires when aired out.

No problemo, senior...
First off, decide the wheel and tire size you want to go with. Something between 225/30/20 and 245/35/20 front and 225/30/20 up to as big as you want in the rear. Then lay it down. If you have notched the rear and spindled the front, you will be a few inches off the ground. If so, lose all your inner fenders (unbolt the front and rear and drill any spotwelds) and lay it down again. I would just leave the front inners out, but if not, you will have to fab your own because I haven't seen any aftermarket. Now, on the rears you have a million options...I think these trucks look best with normal drag style tubs in the rear and a raised pan over axle hump. Or you can just have a formed channel made at two 45 deg angles that goes across your bed (easiest)...Or you could just go crazy with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
