windshield sealant

just wondering what others have used as a sealant wheh instaling their windshields that makes no mess and alows removal without breakage?

the sealant doesnt make the mess the quality of installer does

The factory assembly manual state to use silicone sealant, but none of the glass shops use sealant at all. You don't need it.
