Looking for carb builder in E. TX.

I would like to get a quality rebuild on my stock carter/quadrajet. Do you know anyone in the E. TX area? Thanks

Here is what I got back -- not a stock rebuild, but he's probably good with that too. Couldn't be happier with the work!

i checked out the site and it looks impressive. How much did yours cost if you do mind saying and how long did it take?

$359. I think stock re-builds are cheaper. I also did not send him a carb. It took 3 weeks.

Thats too bad you live in East Texas, i live in san marcos (go to SWT now Texas State). I have rebuilt 8 qjets and i love doing it. i would do it for free.

Do you do the throttle shaft bushings and plugs also?

well i guess im talking about a basic rebuild. i dont have the tools to do throttle shaft bushings.

FYI. Check of the link for SMI. I emailed Sean today and he said a stock rebuild would be $200.00. The only bad part is shipping it and waiting for it to get back.
