Fuel hose question

I am doing my fuel fill and have to go from 1 1/2" hose to 2" hose and need to reduce down to join the two together. Can I use Poly hose barb fittings and and a Poly reducer to join the two? Or...Should I have an exhaust shop make me a 1 1/2" to 2" piece?

My FuelCellGuy tank has a 2" opening and my push up deck filler is 1 1/2".

Any suggestions? Thanks

Alex

Re: Fuel hose question

i thinki would go with the exhaust shop idea,,then you would never have to worry about it..
