Re: GearVendor For Sale
It will cost $650 exchange for an adapter. These things are not CHEAP! That is the price I was quoted by GV. It would cost $750 for thhis to be rebuilt(came out of a motorhome, has a parking brake on the back) and $350 for new electronics/harness. So now youre getting up there in price, but it will all be NEW and still about a thousand dollars cheaper than buying a "NEW" one. and that includes me selling it to you for $400. That will amke your total investment $2150..........unless it is going into a motorhome, then it does not have to be rebuilt. The tailshaft.housing will not work on a truck or car,so thats why you'd want to sent it to GV and they will completely rebuild the entire thing with the correct tailshaft/housing. Its completely up to you. The other one I have is an early version "J-type" that came out of a 1 ton 4x4 witha np205 transfer case. But again the adapter alone will cost you $900 without an exchange-$650 with exchange.......

Re: GearVendor For Sale
Sorry, but I just sold that one to 1970. The other one I have would probably be cheaper to sell to someone with a FORD C6,cause that is what the adapter is for.
