How hard to fix Bedside? How Much $$$$

I am looking at buying this short fleet bed posted on Craigslist. He is holding it for me until this evening. Nice guy, he emailed me more pics and there appears to be some damage to the back corner of the bed that someone bondoed over. It looks as if it was hit at one time judging by the wrinkles under the bed on the lip. what do y'all think? Is it worth 450? here is the link and the extra pics:

did you notice 1 side has the stake pockets filled and the other doesn't. I wondered why there were no pics of the other side on CL when I saw it. I am guessing that damage is on the driver's side?

I emailed him, but have gotten no response. I figured there were plenty of people in line ahead of me.

Re: How hard to fix Bedside? How Much $$$$

He said he had that pocket filled to see if he liked it by someone that put his truck together. He said he was going to do the rest himself, but he needed a bumper. He found another bed with a welded in roll pan on craigslist and bought that one instead, and is now selling this one. The other thing that I'm concerned about is he said that the rear tailights are "glass" ones. After some questioning I gather that they are not original style, but some other custom fab. He said he would take pics of it later and send them to me so that I can see them.

That thing took a pretty good whack. Look at the crossbrace in the last pic, its folded up.

The picture that lowdiesel posted shows what appears to be a huge shallow dent above the wheel well.
That bedside looks like a butchered mess

The wheel arch is also pushed in slightly as well, this is not an easy area to fix, especially if the rolled edge was damaged.... It also appears the top bedside has buckled in a few places? I'd have to say I'd pass on this one. You should be able to find something better in TX?
