Are there rubber replacement bushings available for the leaf spring eyes ?

yes, they are. They make aftermarket ones i believe that give your vehicle a better ride. classic industries has them in their catalog i believe.

I could not find the original type equiptment bushings for mine but I did find a nice set from Energy Suspension, polyurethane. They fit nice, once I got the right ones, and look real good. I am still rebuilding so I have not driven them. Energy Suspension has a web site but I ordered them from a vendor in my hometown. Hope that helps. The older bushings with the metal sleeves like the ones you removed I could not find.

I know of the poly ones, I am trying to find OE type rubber. If all else fails that might be my onlhy option
