Re: Daily drivers...

i change all the time, lucky for me im indesicive and have choices.

My ex daily driver, 1970 chevelle 307 2 bbl auto with a 308 open. Car is worn down, rusted, interior is trash, but she rode like a new car, just had to add a pint of tranny fluid EVERY day. burned hardly any oil.

My 1977 chevy pickup, heavy half, 350 auto 340 open rear. Added 16x5.5 FACTORY 5x5 steel rims and 77 hubcaps, bought at 87k, has 95k now and still never had the heads off the motor daily driving right now due to working construction and house repair.

my 1980 camaro, daily driver during school unless i need the truck. 150k miles, all orignal excluding the possibility of driver side head being replaced (all 1980 and newer heads suck anyway) and the trannys been rebuilt. 305 4bbl turbo 350 and a 256 open rear (i know im gonna get a 342 posi for her). All orignal excluding the smog pump being removed, 70-74 style dual exhaust with resignators not crossflows (79 z tail pipes with cherry bump super turbo muffler). and a set of draglites and 225/70/r15s on 15x6 with 3.5" backspace up front, and a set of 275/60/r15s on 15x8 4" backspace in the rear, she gets the looks.

had to drive the truck this day, the truck has the best heater anyway.

Re: Daily drivers...

Being a 16 year old with no job I don't really have too many places I need to be in the summer, but when I do, I drive my '69 C-20. My friends get all excited about their '07 Civics and Cobalts. But I wonder how many nods and thumbs-ups they get in their econoboxes.

Looks like a '78 YZ in the bed. 125, 250, or 400?
