How do I get paint off of one of our steering wheels?
I found a flawless black steering wheel in a junkyard yesterday. The only problem is that it must of been a painter's truck. The thing is splattered with enamel paint. I was wondering what was the best way to get this off without messing up the clearcoat or wax top layer on our steering wheels. Thanks Trevor

Try a razor blade and a lot of patience then sand lightly until it's gone and re-clear it.

There is clearcoat on the steering wheels?
Are you sure? Try WD-40 to clean it up. |
