i like the ideal of the oil bath . truck not back together , but 72 super bug has oil bath .......
they pick up big and small stuff allways some bugs and dirt in it when it get cleaned

i runa K&N on everything i have...i did find out the hard way,,cost me 65.00 for a dianostic to find out i had put to much oil on it after cleaning it..they will mess witht he sensors...trust me,,it took forever for those darned things to back to working normal..after that, i slowed way down on how much oil i apply,,but i also followed the instructions and let it sit for a while, instead of putting the oil on it and drivign it right away..

I'm running a stock air cleaner with a Fram filter. Oh yeah the snorkel is cut off so it's always pulling cool air in. I'm still looking for a 4bbl oil bath one though.
