Re: how wide??
I have 11'' of rubber under mine . 15x11 rims with 5 1/4 backspace 275 60 15 tires have an 11 inch tread width, but i'm running a leaf spring rear end from a gmc . I think you should have enough room with coils also. I had the wheels on it with coils but not these tires!! Hope this helps !

Re: how wide??
I've had 275/60 15's on a coil sprung GMC with no problems. Loaded down to where the coils stacked one coil on the other... call it slammed, still no rub.

I had a 1500 with 12.5X15 in back and 10.5 in front no prob. except for a little rubbing front during very tight slow turns like in parking.

Re: how wide??
I'm running 33x12.50's on the back of my C20 with 16.5x9.75 steel wheels. The wheels are right at 12" wide. The tires are pretty close to the wheel tubs since it has a cab-chassis rear axle and I had to lift the rear up about 3 or 4 inches so when I haul my welder or other heavy stuff they don't rub. Front tires are about 32" tall, 10" wide(235/85/16).

Re: how wide??
these are 15x10 with 7 " offset with MT sportsmen I N50-15 (345/60 15).
But you have to widen the tubs if you want to tuck them in like this.
