Searching for our trucks in old movies
Interesting tidbit. I was searching for some images of our trucks in old movies tonight. Along my searches, I found it interesting that the Charger that gets destroyed in the opening credits of "The Fall Guy" TV show from the 80's was a shot from the "Dirty Mary Crazy Larry" chase scene from '74. Old news for some, and I guess some younger members might not even know what I'm talking about. I did find a couple brief shot of our trucks in "Two Lane Blacktop" though. Gotta love jumping trucks though.

Re: Searching for our trucks in old movies
My Mom took a friend and I to the drive-in, about 1975 I guess, we saw Dirty Mary and Crazy Larry, (susan george, peter fonda, '' nothing can stop us now''.
cool movie. We also saw a movie called Small Town In Texas, it had a 66 chevy or so that had a 427 in it, and some oil dumping lever in it to slick the roads up for cops chasing it.lol. huge movies for a 12 yr old kid. I would like to rent them again sometime. |

It's not very searchable for narrowing down to our trucks, but a good timewaster nonetheless,
