Wide (18 inch) fleetside wheelhousings
I bought a project truck with a lwb fleetside bed that was built using NOS bedsides, head gate, tail gate and widened wheel housings. The previous owner said the wheel housings were made from 4 NOS original housings cut in the right place and welded together to end up with the 18 inch width. I have no reason to doubt that since all the other components are NOS.
I am replacing the wide housings with regular size NOS units and have no need for the wider housings. Asking price is $350 or best offer for the pair plus shipping from 22901. I also would trade for a good 4 speed tilt. I do not have PM so if you want more pictures ask here and post your email address. I also do not have paypal so you will need a postal money order. Thanks \ |

Re: Wide (18 inch) fleetside wheelhousings
I would love them but thats way out of my price range for tubs.
They look very nice, I'm shure someone sooner or later will snatch them up.

Thanks Cory321.
I am sure that 4 new housings to start with would cost more than my asking price. |

They really look good. I am not commenting negatively or knocking your price, but I think they lost the NOS value when they were no longer original. They are now modified wheel tubs and the question is how much will someone pay for those?

Pickmup:
I meant 4 repro housings at $90 each. Four NOS housings would cost twice what the asking price is. I replaced these with 2 NOS originals that cost me $300 plus the shipping. I am no body man but they look pretty good to me also. Trying to find out how much someone will pay. Thanks. |

Re: Wide (18 inch) fleetside wheelhousings
I would pay $200 shipped ... since you asked. It would save me the work of doing it.
Thanks, Scott

Thanks for the offer, that would be a good deal wouldn't it. I would consider $300 and meeting you halfway to deliver them depending on where you are located in MD. |

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. Did you lay a tape on them? Is 18" acccurate? They look really nice for sure.

Re: Wide (18 inch) fleetside wheelhousings
I would go $225.00 and issue a UPS pick up once you got them boxed up.

The outside of the housings are 18 inches from side to side including the mounting lip that holds the carriage bolts. |
