im pretty sure they didnt come from the factory with sliders but maybe im wrong

Actually it is just a large grinder with a buffing pad. You really need one that you can adjust the speed on, but that is what I had here at work.

I hate to remove the slider right now because it help with my 2-55 a/c. I agree that the toolbox and slider look like crap though and the wheels have got to go.

Yeah, it was throbbing when I got done and my hand had took shape the the buffers handle also

Wow, what a difference! My first car/truck was a 1980 Toyota pickup SR5 and it came to me that way. I spent one day with rubbing compound and wax and felt like I got a new truck. Its a great feeling.

man that looks great...im going through the same thign my self on the ranger my father in law gave me..im doing it mostly by hand...switched brands of stuff,,im useing a cheap wal mart electric buffer,,dont buy one,,,not a good one,,but my first buffer,,all i learned from it is you get what you pay for..

I can't believe you buffed that out, I don't believe you buffed it out.

Looks good, maybe I'll try it with my truck before the summers over. My paint looks almost as bad as yours did before you buffed it.
