any have any problems here and did you fix it

i did a roof and back cab swap and all my measurements are correct but my gap by the pillar goes from 1/2 at bottom to0 at top just wondering if anybody else had this issue and how it was fixed it fit the same before i cut it

You might need to shim your door hinge(s) to get the gap closer. They were not that great to begin with. I have seen some do some pulling/manipulation of the window frame to try and even them out also.

How are the rest of the gaps? Top, rear bottom?

the back is nice and i dont have the rocker on yet but the frame looks out of wack i pulled the frame back last night and it looked alot better i wanna try to stay as far away from shims as possible the truck i oringanly bought had like half inch shims
