306 motor? for 14,500 - maybe he meant 396 -- then again the BB for these was a 402. Sounds a little high if its a 307

The 69 DID have a 396, they went 402 in 70.
It's probably a 307, and he is either searching to remember, or has typing issues and hit the wrong button. Being that you can only see a piece of chrome trim and a step bumper as far as options go, and no engine badges, I gotta assume it is a stripped down truck, with a 307, and he'll be LUCKY to get offered more than 4 grand. And that is optimistic IMO. Way optimistic A stripped down LWB just isn't worth much yet. |
