Re: Best way to sell my 63
Craigslist is OK. but you gotta put up with a lot of people that are are not playing with a full deck. Most replys that i got there when I posted my '66 short stepside wanted a full restored show truck (for $2500). Or they wanted me to call (long distance) just to talk trucks. This site is one of the best spots, most people on here know what these trucks are and what to expect.
(you don't get many replys from Nigeria) |

Re: Best way to sell my 63
i go on craigslist looking for deals, i don't think you'll get top dollar there. i agree that a car show is good but ebay would be a good way to go to. Otherwise i would say old car trader etc.

Also look into Hemmings Motor News.
Hemmings is world wide and very established. Alot of people look there for a specific truck/car. Find the right person there, and get what its worth. |

Re: Best way to sell my 63
my buddy has sold about a dozen mopars on collectorcartraderonline. he always gets the deal where they put it online and in the magazine too. i really thought the print magazine was a waste of money, but he says that if he doesn't get his price from the online folks, he always sells it after the book comes out. it's suprising how many muscle car nuts are just computer challanged. and those are the guys who pay top dollar because they can't shop around on the internet. just something to think about, it's worked for him.
