Front spring install tips?

I'm going to replace my heat lowered front springs with some OEM ones and I was wondering what you guys thought would be the best ball joint to pop, the upper or the lower? I was thinking the lower that way I can just prop the whole upper assembly out of the way but I wanted to see what you guys thought...

Re: Front spring install tips?

Support the lower control arm with a jack. Pop upper ball joint from steering knuckle. Let jack down slowly. Arm and knuckle will lower together.
