what do the abbreviations stand for?
i wanna know what they stand for.. CST.. and so on.. im assuming its the trim package..also how do you decode what they are? is it in the vin number?

only CST option and Custom are what I've seen on '67 & '68 Chevrolets...
But I know there are more on GMC's and '69-later trucks... Cheyenne, Longhorn, Super, etc... Oh,... and CST stands for Custom Sport Truck as mentioned above... I'm at work or I could tell you what option package consisted of...

Ok mine says Cheyenne 10. On the option list it says option # Z84. Should it also have the CST?

no, the CST turned into the cheyenne... it was basicly the same thing. The people who typed out the SPIDS seemed to miss a few mwmos back then, that, or they just didn't care.
