Steering wheel matches
What type or years of steering wheels will work on a 72' chevy? I've seen the s-10 wheels and camaro wheels, will they work? If there are some ideas out there let me know as I would rather use a stock chevy wheel over the alternatives out there.

Both of those wheels will work (S10 & Camero). There should be info in the FAQ on hooking up the horn.
