BBQ pics....

Let's try this....These are my BBQ trailer and Longhorn. Still need to paint the thing,but it works SWEET! Been selling Tri-Tip like CRAZY! Enjoy......

Thanks, I built that BBQ & trailer myself. There are a few things that I would change about it,but for the most part it works great!

Well friday we sold out of TRI-TIP sandwiches! This is the second week in a row that we have done that. Now I just need to find more car shows,weddings,parties,etc... to cook at.

looks real good. I just got done cooking these fresh off the vine jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in hickory smoked bacon and oh yeah cold beer
