recommendations for interior equipment

I want to rebuild my interior in my 83 Sierra Classic. I have some of the big stuff done (dash, headliner) but need to do my doors. I've looked at LMC & ChevyDuty for panels, etc. and am interested if anyone has any recs.

I wish there was a listing of site vendors. I'd prefer to use them first. I looked in the "Review" board but didn't find anything.

Thanks-

-Todd

Thanks Bob. It's time for me to make a trip to the boneyard anyway. I'll check out Harry's.

Re: recommendations for interior equipment

You can still get them from GM...

You have to dye them, but they will be correct. The aftermarket "restoration" not "reproduction" or whatever they call them in the catalogs will not make you happy. They don't use the original trim and don't look right to someone who has had the originals in the past.

Re: recommendations for interior equipment

Don't worry, Bob. I surely won't clean the place out. I'm probably gonna go $$ on th einterior and get new stuff, but there is some stuff I won't find anywhere but a junkyard. Maybe I'll see you there?

Thanks for the info Chris.

Re: recommendations for interior equipment

Not to steal the thread or anything, but can the carpet or cloth upholstery that is on the door panels be dyed just like the vinyl, or do you have to find something to match and replace it?

Re: recommendations for interior equipment

I just checked with them, their 77-80 is the only current version that will accept factory hardware. Sorry about that, I don't sell alot of these since they are only availible in black.

They do offer their trim kits for their 81-91 panels.

I don't have pics uploaded for them as I thought, but they these exact door panels, roughly $10 cheaper depending on the panel.
