shorten the rear overhang, and it might not be so bad.

i do like the fact that they carried the caddy lines through in front of the rear fenders.

Re: look at this truck, I'm speechless

I tried to like it but I don't think I can. The workmanship looks great, the color is nice but is just looks strange from the a$$ end. To each their own I guess.

Re: look at this truck, I'm speechless

The bed behind the rear fenders is way too long, they should have just chopped it right at the fender line and grafted the caddy rear panels to that - I'm a bit too tired now (long Halloween weekend), but tomorrow after work I'm gonna photochop it a bit to show y'all what I mean. Other than that looks like a great fabrication, me not being able to leave anything stock well alone I appreciate nicely done work, even if it may not be exactly my style.

Re: look at this truck, I'm speechless

It's almost as bad as this... This guy should have continued the lower body line thruogh the wheel wells he closed off, also shouldv'e used a dutch door style rear window instead of just welding up the barn style rear doors and the growing gap between the van and the bed should have been addressed as well.

Re: look at this truck, I'm speechless

Well, if you going to make a cadi look like a dually or step side, you dang well better line up the fenders to the trunk/gate/bedrail/top/tonneau thingy.
It was some nice work though. I feel he only fell short on design.
The Neon Green asphault hugging truck on here by a member is a much classier use of cady tail lights. Or at least the appear to be from a cadi.
This guy however went too long with the rubber rear. As a better crossover, he should have also installed a tow hitch.
