Please help
When I installed my posi there was alot of play in it. So I figured I had a 3 series instead when it was supposed to be 4 series. I then ordered a ring gear spacer for it and when installed I can't turn the unit at all. Its extremely tight now it seems. The bearings are all new. Please help me.

Do you know how to set up a differential with the white lead grease and all that stuff. It's not easy, I don't know how, but I can tell you that you really need to know what you are doing.
In other words, If you just bolted the gears in, that won't work. Be carefull you don't break something, as you might end up returning the ring set. Wish I could be more help ------------------ Scrub 70 GMC 1,000,000 + miles 72 K-20 project, 456 Dana60 front, Corp14 rear w/locker, 265R19.5 tires 20-ply. Warn 12k winches both ends, Cross-over steering with raised tie-rod, Powerbox steering, 4500 watt 120-AC power, Air, Hydraulic aux power, 4 inch lift, 5000 lb air-bags both ends.
