LMC Grills

I guess I'm going to have to buy a replacement grill for my truck since I can't seem to find a good used one anywhere. I was looking at the tubular steel replacement grills in the LMC catalog and was wondering if they have a way of fastening the blinker light assembly on them? Does anyone know if they have a provision for attaching blinkers? Thanks.

Re: LMC Grills

I just pulled the aftermarket grille off my truck and the PO was able to put blinkers in there cause the tubes are actually c channels in which bolts can slide into whatever place you want so you attach your light blibker and then use a nut and washer to hold it in place believe it or not there are blinkers behind this grille even tho its an 82 truck ( they werent hooked up to anything tho)

Re: LMC Grills

personally i pulled off this square tube grille and put back the stock one cause i like stock best although i think the 85/86 grille better than the 81/82 ones tho
i dont know about the round tube grille i assume they work the same with the square channel pieces but i dont know and i think the round tubes look better than the square ones

Re: LMC Grills

Yea, I like the stock one better myself. Tried to find a used one, but that was a no go. Priced a stock one from LMC and by the time you added in all of the trim pieces and such, I think it came to something over $300.00.
