Found but wrong
after a year of search I finally found where Bee Snyder Chevrolet (now called Barry Chevrolet)in Ephrata Wa. was. Then when I looked at the call list I never looked at the vin but I looked tonight and found it was from a 1970 Hugger orange and white 1/2 ton (which would explain wy my seat is a different colour than the rest of the interior) now that I have realized this I ask, is it possible to track where it was bought and everything originally by using the Vin or anything?thanks for any info

Re: Found but wrong
Not likely. There might be a service that has access to all VIN's and prior history from each state but I doubt that it would go back that far. The newer CARFAX services don't have info that far back that I know of...but it would not hurt to ask. Might ask a local Chevrolet parts dealership too if they have a way to track them. I have never heard of anything though.
Good Luck and be sure to post if you find a reliable source.
