flush fit door handles

my son visited yesterday, he has a 1994 chevy half ton and it has
flush door handles. I don't want to go the shaved route. I sure looks
to me like you could cut this handle out and weld it in our doors. This
particular handle had no plastic in it. I'm not sure about hookin up the
opening mechanism etc. Has any body got any pictures of doin this
or any website kits etc. Thanks

I thinink it would llok better if you painted the handle.

I Agree, Would look Much Better Painted in Body Color, Would blend in More........

Wish there would have been info on what was involved, Kinda Neat Mod........

if all else failes you could run the complete lock and barrel system . i guess it can be adapter to the standard lock

i got a job again and having fun at it too

idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real

i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts
