Pitman arm to drag link torque?

What do you torque do you apply to the nut that holds the drag link onto the tapered shaft of the pitman arm?

I don't have a spec, nor do I know if there is one. I just run the nuts down until they're hand tight, then get as many turns on them I can until the ball starts turning and I've got a cotter pin hole lined up with the castle nut.
