Re: Got accepted into the San Francisco Rod Custom and Motorcycle show!!
I think a magazine photoshoot is better than any show award you could get. Good luck at the show.

I`m not a bit surprised.I`ve said it before...the forethought put into it shows all over your truck.

Re: Got accepted into the San Francisco Rod Custom and Motorcycle show!!
That's a very high caliber show. I've been to it several times both at the Oakland Coliseum and the Cow Palace. I think your truck is definitely worthy. I bet you're gonna rub your fingerprints off prep'in it. I know I would! Hope you get a photo shoot out of it! Congrats!

awesome man your truck deserves it, im tired of seeing too flashy of cars/trucks in magazines, they need a clean welldone subtle ride like yours in there.

I agree with FF, you are going to be rubbing it super clean, but that's fun anyway. So are you going to trailer it to keep it perfectly clean or what? |

Re: Got accepted into the San Francisco Rod Custom and Motorcycle show!!
LOL!!!
I will be working my fingers off detailing it this week (after xmas), and then I will cover her up. I will take her there on the trailer. There is something about being able to drive in, set up the 10x20 area, and the spend about 10 doing the final clean and then walk away drinking beer and watch the others while they have hours of detailing still left to do. I did this with my bike at the show several years ago. Last edited by John Fabris; 12-25-2007 at 06:25 AM. |
