Rumbly is probably the low profile tires. Get used to it or get smaller wheels.

Boundy is probably the shock setup. There are lots of threads here about who makes the best shocks... and you'll get about a bzjillion different opinions... but I'd go with either the regular or the Sensa-Trac Monroes all the way around for smoothest ride.
