luggage rack ???
i have an 07 sierra crew and ordered the factory luggage rack side rails. anyone have any advice on attaching them without drilling all the way through and removing the headliner? thanks in advance

The factory uses a "nut-sert" which is like a pop rivet that is threaded in the middle. Thats going to be your best bet.

Do a Google search for "Threaded inserts" and you will get plenty of hits.

well i did it. driller 8 11/32 holes into the roof of my brand new truck. after the holes were drilled the rest wasnt so bad. i was just scared about doing it. now lets all hope i never have a leak!
