Will a power steering pump, brackets, and pulley's fit on 71 or 72 402 truck?
Are they the same as our trucks?
And what do you think its worth.

Yes all BB mounting is the same

Big blocks from different vehicles/years could use long or short pump brackets.

69 Camaro brackets should be for long water pump so the configeration will not be as stock on the trucks. Look for 67-68 big car (impala) or early camaro parts to match many of the truck pieces. Some of the parts used especially on the Camaro were the same as what was used on the trucks- b/U light on 67 is cargo light on truck, some of odd custom camper bb trucks used chevelle/ impala remote reservoir mounting bracket. The places that sell parts for these cars are good sources for engie detail components for these trucks as they are reproduced and the truck crowd has not taken the step yet.
