I think its cracking, it don't look too bad, and do I need to worry about the window???

All of your windows (side windows and back window) are tempered glass. You can tell very easily if they crack, they will be in a million pieces....

just remove it all together. the cops will be too wrapped up in ticketing you for the loud exhaust they will not even see the windshield is gone.
or you could look in isle 5 at your work and get some clear packing tape...oh never mind, just knock it out.

just drive it. It's a wrecked truck that will never get fixed anyways.
