I would like to see some pics of your steering linkage
I did a search but really didn't find what i was hoping to find. I am building my motor mounts for my project and i was trying to think ahead for the steering linkage. I was hoping to see some pics of your guys steering linkage preferably ones that have a rack and pinion installed. Thanks Josh

Look in the "projects and builds" section, should find lots. Or a quicker way type in "drop member" or "rack and pinion" in the search in here and click the 67-72chevytrucks.com icon and get a direct link to the guys that have it.
Hope that helps. |

I built my own drop crossmember, and motor mounts. This was then only way to make everything fit, and be easy to service in the future. Modifying the steering shaft was really easy too, any machine shop can do it, I did it with a mill, and it took about 20 min(and was my 1st try at machining.).
