4L80E and TBI for sale

I have a '95 350 TBI and 4L80E transmission with approximately 30K miles that I'll be replacing with a carburator and a 700r4 transmission. I'm asking $800 for the transmission with convertor. I don't know what a fair price is for the TBI so I'll ask for best offer...$425? I just want to get enough money to buy the replacement parts. I'm in Northern California. BTW plus shipping cost.

Sorry for being confused and after re-reading my post, I see where I screwed up. What I want to do is replace the tbi on the 350 with a carb. Being that the computer will be removed, I can't use the 4L80E transmission, so I'll replace that with a 700r4. In otherwords, I'll be keeping the engine but not the tbi, computer and transmission. The engine and transmission only has 30K miles on it and is in excellent condition, but I'm keeping the engine. Sorry for my confusion.

I'm sell the tbi, computer and wiring for $425. That's what it'll cost for a manifold and carb.

It's a 4L80E transmission. I want $800. That's what it'll cost to buy a 700r4.
