Some very nice transformations in here,very nice. I guess I need to get out a few pics and scan them to the pc so I can show what I have now compared to what it was then.

This picture was after a frt sheet metal swap and some body work w/green primer with a 408 small block.I backed into my pristine 72 grille shell with another vehicle and found a complete 68 frt clip for 50.00 so it replaced the frt 72 sheet metal.This was after 3 years of owning it and blowing up my 454 (spun rod) drag racing while it sported all 72 sheet metal.

This next set of pictures was after I removed the 408 and placed it in another car of mine and decided some mods needed done like grafting on a 4" cowl scoop,flush fit door handles,filled and smoothed firewall,and a custom 5-8 drop install with mainly Early Classic Enterprises parts and my own c-notch.




These next two pictures are of the body work in progress and with my old home brew drop still on the truck(no it wasnt heated coils!!) LOL


Notice the picture above shows a small square shaped hole in frt of the cowl scoop.......I cut out a section of the hood where the raised body line was and replaced it with a raised portion from a 73 Impala so the line on the hood scoop would match the line of the hood.The truck hood centers are fairly thick compared to the center line on the scoop.
