Re: How about some pics of High Performance haulers.
Hello All,
Here are some pics of my '71. I cut 9.75" from front of bed, rear frame section is 2x3x.1875", re-used stock trailing arms. Dave

Re: How about some pics of High Performance haulers.
1st engine pic is a mostly stock 87 octane 500 cadillac, went 12.97 at 100. 2nd engine pic is current engine, although it has a 4781 holly and hei now, went 11.66 at 113.96 so far. Welded valve covers were req'd due to firewall clearance issues and shaft roller.
3rd engine pic is a twin turbo'd engine that I ran two years ago. Turbocharger were too small and it didn't run like I wanted, so it was sold. Dave

Re: How about some pics of High Performance haulers.
Have already posted in the '73-'87 section, but thought I would put them here also. Been running without a hood for a long time and finally had it cut and the injector plate and hat spaced 2" for better exposure. No track times, no dyno numbers, just my daily cruiser....

Re: How about some pics of High Performance haulers.
Thanks, Joe. Mine's a good 20 footer. Yours looks good. I pity those street radials.
