Its kinda like asking someone what food should I like best.
If you want the model with the most modern features you need to go with 72, but luckily the modern features are easily adapted to the earlier years. In MY eyes, if 67-72 GMC or the 69 70 Chevy were the only front end options made for these years, I wouldn't be driving one of these trucks. But thats my "taste" not yours. |

After owning a 68 and now a 72, I prefer the 68. Pretty much all metal interior, and I prefer the look of the front end (for Chevys).
