anyone know what happened to this truck?

I always thought this truck would be cool to bring back to life - a '68 with the 396, heavily optioned, very original. I am guessing someone bought it here? Does anyone know if it is being gone through? Maybe recent pix? It was for sale here last August out of South Carolina.

Re: anyone know what happened to this truck?

It was someone on here that had high hopes for it and started on it i believe. I think there was sentimental value to him to fix it, so i can't imagine it got crushed. The thread was probably 4 pages long. Shouldn't be to hard to find.

Re: anyone know what happened to this truck?

I remember, he had a lot of pictures - it was his father's truck or something. Had the original motor, a tach, buckets, etc. and he had it for sale and it looked like he sold it. I was wondering if anyone brought it back to life. From the other pictures it definitely looked restorable.
