so true man sometimes those EBaY deals wind up beeing more expensive becuse of there outrages shiping. I always check the shiping that will make or break a bid !!!

The brackets, well...2 of the 4, are unique to the sport bumper installed on a pickup. The bumper is the same as the Blazer and Suburban, but the 2 brackets are not.

I have never seen a truck in a junkyard with the sport bumper in the 7 years I have owned my truck. Apparently they are pretty hard to come by.

I bought my 78 with a sport bumper. The truck also had a sport bumper specific hitch setup on it, which I've only seen one other where someone posted a truck they bought and it had the same setup.

Yeah these things seem to be like finding a needle in a haystack or pay 378.00 for it all new from lmc and add shipping to that. Just the inner and outer mounting brackets are $120.00. So I feel like i stole this 1 since it is all GM parts except the bumper. I have been chasing this for a while the sport bumper looks much better to me. Thanks for reading my Mike
