Installed New Led's
got my new led's in the mail the other day,and put them on just a little bit ago. dang,....... they make ahell of a difference! very bright and the light emit's from all parts of the lens!big difference from the stocker's w/ only the one high mount bulb!tucked in behind the stock RED lens,(excuse me you out there w/ the clear lens that mimic's the imports!!) you wouldn't think it to be anything other than stock light's. sorry just m.p.o. bout the clear lenses!!

I'm assuming that you recieved our taillight inserts?
There is safety benifits with clear lenses(with the proper LED lighting). And I'll explain why. Have you ever been behind car on a clear day, with the sun shine directly on the taillight lenses? The light from the sun reflects off the inside of the housing making the taillight almost appear to be on. When they hit there brakes it's allready red from the lense and the light reflecting. Making allmost know visible change in brightness. With clear lense in the same situation there's a more drastic change. It goes from clear to red. It's more likely to get the driver behind you's attention.

yeah,i got your led's reumster.i hadn't thought of the clear's in that particular situation.i can see what your'e thinking of though.nice additions like this make your truck stand out i would imagine. would like to see the taillights from behind to see what they look like in driving situations.kinda like the big-screen t.v.'s,you don't get the full effect until your directly in front of it,as far as the clarity goes.thanks for the nice product!

BUXMAN66 your very welcome. Thanks for giving them a try.
If you use our inserts with clear lenses and allways drive with your parking lights on they're going to appear red from the rear. Making believers one customer at a time.
