$5K is not a lot of money these days. It took me over a year to find a clean truck. I'm doing a total resto on mine. I paid $6700 for mine but it is pretty clean. I didn't want to fix a bunch of rust.

It would probably be cheaper to have someone haul it back east, but I still would be leary of buying something without physically looking/touching it.

Guess I'm going to start looking to piece one together as it is probably the only reasonable option @ this point.

That's a pretty truck - I don't care for lift kits, but yours looks nice-.

Well I spent 4.5k on all this and a bunch of other tools and "garage" type stuff not pictured. Sometimes you have to be in the right place at the right time
